FAQs: 

1.   Sizes of Our Cakes / Cupcakes
Cake: 6 / 8 inch in 3 layers for whole cake; 5 / 7 inch in 5 layers whole cake for Rainbow Cake (only).

Cupcakes: Regular (top diameter around 6.5cm) or Mini (top diameter around 5.5cm).

Our regular cupcakes will be baked using the standard white paper liners; chiffon cupcakes in paper liners, where design is chosen at random.

You may also want to inform us of your preferred color theme so that we can try our best to match the cupcake liners.




2.   How to Order
You can fill in our order form or email us at petitejoybakes@gmail.com .

There will be a deposit of 50% upon confirmation of order (1 week before event date), and bank transfer the remaining 50% at 2 days prior to delivery date. Orders will be accepted on first-come-first-serve basis. Deposit will be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Deposit can be arranged via bank transfer.



3.   Information to Include During Ordering
For simple orders like cookies and muffins, simply email us the item flavor, quantity and delivery date. You can also check details with us for customisation.

For other cupcakes and cake orders, please include the following information:
- Date and Time of collection or delivery
- Venue
- Number of serving or guests
- Choice of cupcakes/cake
- Theme of event
- Design of cupcakes/cake (please attach a picture of the design, if you have any in mind)



4.   When is the Cut-Off Date for Orders?  
For cupcake/muffin orders, 2-3 days in advance; customised cupcake/muffin orders, 1 week in advance.

For whole cake orders, 1-2 weeks in advance; customised whole cakes, 3-4 weeks in advance, in case we may need to ship in tools for the customised cake.

We require 50% deposit upon confirmation of order, prior to the cut-off dates as well.

However said, you might also want to just drop us an enquiry to check our slots for last min orders, though no guarantee that we can take up the order :)



5.   Collection & Delivery
We offer free delivery for orders S$200 and above. Customers are encouraged to self-collect at Bedok Reservoir Crescent.

For delivery, there will be a charge of S$20 per location; and additional of S$5 into ERP zones. There will be a $10 surcharge if delivery route exceeds 20km.



6.   Opening Hours
Enquiries and emails will be answered to by 24 hours. You can email us anytime - however our admin working hours will be from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Mon to Fri - so you should be able to expect replies from us during this timing.

As we are closed on Sunday for family worship, we might not be able to deliver cakes with complex design. We may be able to deliver simple orders or designs on Sundays. Do check with us if we are able to deliver on that particular date :)

ABOUT: 

Petite Joy Bakes is started from a mummy's simple dream of baking a birthday cake for her daughter's first birthday.

From there, she found her passion in baking, using fresh and premium ingredients.


Here at Petite Joy Bakes, we minimise the use of "chemicals" or artificial additivies in our bakes, unless otherwise requested. Our cakes are made using French butter, Nielsen-Massey premium extracts, aluminium-free baking powder. There is also no emulsifier or stabiliser added in the cakes.

As we know that every celebration is special and unique, just as every child born to us is special, we strive to craft out the special cakes and treats for your event!

We hope to bring to you little sprinkles of joy, with our humble bakes!
